Israel’s foreign ministry has lashed out at ‘mediator’ Qatar amid Gaza truce extension talks. An Israeli official told Haaretz that Qatar had played a bad role in everything and warned that Israel will settle scores with Qatar once the mediation process is over. Both Israel and Hamas are reportedly looking for an extension for temporary truce in Gaza, which came into effect on November 24. As per AFP, Hamas wants a four-day extension of the truce.
