North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un openly shed tears at a public event. The dictator broke down during the fifth National Conference of Mothers in Pyongyang. He made an emotional appeal to women to have more children. This was the first time that Kim publicly acknowledged the country’s declining birth rates, as per the South Korean government.
