The United States of America, Israel’s biggest ally, has publicly aired its differences with the West Asian country on the latter’s plans to take over security of the Gaza Strip once the war with Hamas ends. The US government said that President Joe Biden believes it would be a mistake for Israel to “re-occupy” Gaza.
