India’s Swift Action After Attack On Ship Carrying 20 Indians; Navy, Coast Guard In Mission Mode

India has acted swiftly after a drone strike in the Arabian Sea off the Gujarat coast. The drone attack caused an explosion and fire on a merchant ship, MV Chem Pluto, on Saturday. The explosion caused significant damage to the vessel, but no casualties were reported. According to reports, the crew of the distressed ship included 20 Indians. The Coast Guard’s Dornier maritime surveillance aircraft has established communication with the distressed vessel. The Indian Navy also dispatched a warship promptly while a naval aircraft accessed the safety of the ship and its crew.
