Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades released a video of its fighters handing over Israeli hostages to Red Cross in Gaza City. The video shows at least two dozen fighters in the central part of the city handing over hostages to Red Cross amid purported cheering for ‘resistance’ from the Palestinians in the besieged enclave.
