Indian Navy Op Near Houthis’ Yemen: Japan Warship Leaves; INS Kochi With Hijacked Ship; Attack Plan?

The Indian Navy continues to attempt to free hijacked commercial ship MV Ruen, which was taken by pirates on December 14. Indian Navy’s guided missile destroyer INS Kochi is near the hijacked vessel, as per latest reports. Japanese and Spanish warships had also joined the pursuit, but while the Japanese vessel has left, the status of the Spanish ship is unknown. Direct military action against the hijackers is considered remote since it would carry the risk of collateral damage. Watch the full video for more.
