‘Don’t Threaten Me…’: Israel Army Chief Hits Back As Netanyahu Minister Berates Him Amid Gaza War

A massive rift is brewing between Israel’s political circles and the Army amid the war in Gaza. One such fight between Israel’s National Security Minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, and IDF Chief of Staff, Lt Gen Herzi Halevi, has now been leaked. Ben Gvir reportedly berated the IDF chief over the suspension of soldiers involved in the video from inside a Mosque in Jenin, where they sang Jewish prayer on a loudspeaker. At one point, Halevi even warned Gvir to not threaten him. Later, the Israeli defence minister came out in support of the Army chief but was slammed by the far-right Israeli minister. Watch.
